Oracle BPM - BPM Workspace/Composer Login Error ORABPEL-10585 - Service error occurs in IdentityService in method lookupUser

I installed Oracle BPM 12c and trying  to login to BPM workspace but i was gettting following exception in server log.


javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Operation exception.

Caused by: ORABPEL-10585

Service error.
Internal Error; Service error occurs in IdentityService in method lookupUser.
Refer to the log file that is configured for oracle.soa.services.identity for more details on this error and contact Oracle Support Services

To solve  this issue, we have to set Server URL in soa-infra bean browser .

1. Logon to EM console  and go to  SystemBean Browser



2. Expand oracle.as.soainfra.config -> Server:SOAServerName -> SoaInfraConfig





 4. Update the property ServerURL with a valid URL

   e.g., http://hostname:port  , http://localhost:7101


 

5. Restart your SOA managed server. You should now be able to successfully login to your BPM Workspace or Composer.
