Oracle SOA - RCU-6107:DB Init Param Prerequisite failure for: processes Current Value is 40. It should be greater than or equal to 200.

Perform following steps on your database


SQL> alter system reset sessions scope=spfile sid='*';
SQL> alter system set processes=300 scope=spfile;
SQL> shutdown immediate
SQL> startup
