BPM 11g - FYI Human Task - On Assigned Event

Scenario: I have a scenario where i have to raise OnAssigned Event from FYI human task assigned to somebody.

Issue: Event is not raised because FYI task completed immediately.

Solution: Need to select  both "OnAssigned" and "OnCompleted" event. After that i was able to receive "OnAssigned" event.
